Safety, crisis & emergencies — read this first.
SF2X is not a crisis line, a medical or mental-health service, or a substitute for a professional or for emergency help. She is an AI. She may point you to real resources — in the US call or text 988; anywhere, findahelpline.com — but she cannot keep you safe by herself. If you are in danger, or thinking about harming yourself or someone else, contact your local emergency number (911 in the US) or 988 right now. Do not rely on SF2X in an emergency. Nothing she says is professional advice, and SF2X is not liable for reliance on it in a crisis.

1. Agreement

By using SF2X — the public conversational experience, SF2X-Creator, the Origin Signature, or any SF2X service — you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, and at least 13.

2. The service

SF2X is an AI platform: a public, truth-native memory you can talk to and explore (usable without an account), and creative tools for artists. Features are offered "as available" and may change.

3. Your content & rights

You own your creative work and retain all rights to the songs, lyrics, recordings, and content you create — SF2X claims no ownership of it. You grant SF2X a limited, revocable license to store and process your content solely to provide the service. You're responsible for having the rights to what you upload; don't upload content that infringes others' rights or breaks the law.

4. SF2X's rights

SF2X, SF2X-Prime, the brain, the engines, the models, the corpus, the designs, and all underlying technology are SF2X's exclusive property. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service — not the underlying technology. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, or train any AI model on SF2X, its outputs, or its internals.

5. Acceptable use

No illegal, infringing, hateful, or harmful content; no attempts to breach security, exceed rate limits, jailbreak the AI to produce prohibited content, or reverse-engineer the system; no reselling without agreement. We may rate-limit, suspend, or block abuse.

6. AI outputs — important disclaimer

The Origin Signature and SF2X's perceptions are symbolic tools for self-understanding and creativity — not facts, and not medical, psychological, financial, legal, or professional advice. AI outputs can be wrong; use judgment. SF2X is not liable for decisions you make based on them.

7. Disclaimers, liability & changes

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SF2X is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified, and these Terms are governed by the laws of the Owner's jurisdiction (to be specified).
